This unique rainbow bong is the ultimate collectors item, if you are into colorful rainbow glass, and the best that ancient glassblowing techniques have to offer! Designed by featured artist Robert Green, this is truly a world class work-of-art. The cane pulling process is done by encasing a bar of color, and then heating and stretching it out very long and thin. The resulting soft glass ‘cane’ is then chopped up into smaller pieces and arranged with other colors in a rainbow pattern, before being picked up and again, and worked into the body of the piece. Cane work is an ancient Venetian soft glass technique that is very labor-intensive. This is an EXTREMELY difficult piece to make. See the video below on how it's done!
